Missing stickers or lenses

If you have logged out and logged in, and your individual stickers or lens purchases have disappeared, all you should have to do is Restore Purchases on your device and they will come back. You can find instructions for doing this on each device type below.

If you have purchased individual stickers or lenses on Path, they can be restored on Path Talk, and vice versa.

Note that stickers and lenses purchased on one mobile platform (iOS/Android/WP8) will not be accessible from other platforms. Each device type has its own store ecosystem, and unfortunately we cannot transfer individual in-app purchases from one to another. Premium subscriptions, however, work cross-platform.

Restore Purchases on iPhone/iPad

  1. Go to the Path Shop by tapping the Shop button on the Moments tab in Path, or by tapping on the shop icon when sending a sticker in Path Talk.
  2. Tap Purchases.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the card that appears and tap Restore Purchases.

Restore Purchases on Android

  1. Go to the Path Shop by tapping the menu icon in the top right, then tapping Shop.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Shop and tap the Restore Purchases button.
